International Expansion: Growing sales in EMEA, SE ASIA and USA – Developed International plan, identified 20 new growth countries to target. Implemented new channel development process , generated Incremental revenue of £800k within first 3 months of roll out. Develop New “Go to Market” Plans and Strategies: Arrested a 10 year decline in NPD. Developed/implemented a NPD process and launched 3 new products over a period of 12 months in to new/existing market. Secured £20m (£7m p/a) contract from new major OEM accounts.
