Appointed to develop new business and re structure sales/marketing function, build team and process due to decline in revenue; introduced new approach to manage pipeline business and sales closure process. Transformed a declining sales/marketing department by implementing best practises and change processes.

Secured design win/orders : Mclaren, JCB, Caterpillar, Terex, JLR, Alexander Dennis, Glen Dimplex, Rangemaster Bombardier etc.
